This waterfront property stretching a massive 13 acres, was a bit more space than owner Nelson Peltz, knew what to do with. The main residence alone is 44,000 square feet. That's not including the  huge 16,000-square-foot guesthouse, not to mention the two swimming pools, tennis court and movie theater. The owner hasn't budged from the price tag of $75 million even now it has been on and off the market for a good few yeats, but  seeing how Peltz has a fortune estimated at $970 million,  he definetly has enough cash to wait for his asking price, whether or not he will acutally get the price, is a completly different story.
